About Us
Salome Mondelus is a passionate and dedicated leader, mentor, and advocate for positive change, whose life and work are a testament to resilience and compassion. Diagnosed with severe psoriasis more than 18 years ago, Salome has spent much of her life managing the daily realities of chronic illness.
Over the years, she has navigated an extremely complex health journey, psoriatic arthritis, lupus, Sjögren’s syndrome, thrombocytopenia, PCOS, overactive bladder, endometriosis , asthma, bronchitis. Salome has also suffered from severe headaches related to hyperprolactinemia caused by a pituitary tumor and other autoimmune and chronic conditions. Even though her symptoms have often been unpredictable and overwhelming, she remains steadfast in her resolve, refusing to let pain or adversity define her story or keep her from moving forward in hope and in service to others.
Many of Salome’s conditions are lifelong and incurable, making mental health an essential part of her daily life and family experience as she manages chronic pain, fatigue, and uncertainty. These lived experiences became the foundation for her advocacy and purpose. As the Founder and President of Glow Foundation Alliance, Inc., Salome leads with a deep commitment to holistic health and wellness. Her nonprofit is rooted in compassion and focuses on supporting individuals, especially women, youth, and families who face mental health challenges, chronic skin conditions, and autoimmune diseases. The mission is profoundly personal, reflecting Salome’s dedication to transforming suffering into hope, connection, and lasting change so no one feels alone or overlooked.
Keysha Brutus serves as the Secretary of Glow Foundation Alliance, Inc demonstrating her active involvement in organizational leadership. She is currently a student at Washington University in St. Louis, where she is pursuing a degree in Economics with a Pre-Law focus. This academic path combines a strong foundation in economic theory and quantitative analysis with preparation for legal studies, positioning her for careers that intersect law, policy, and economics. Her role in the Glow Foundation Alliance alongside her studies highlights her commitment to both academic and extracurricular excellence.
Menard Mondelus is a successful entrepreneur with extensive leadership experience across multiple sectors. He serves as the Director of Solid Productions Media, a production company he has led for over five years, and is the founder and CEO of Advent First Solutions, a consulting firm he has directed for approximately eleven years. He also contributes as an Executive Board Member of M&M Educational, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing education, and currently holds the position of Vice President at Glow Foundation Alliance, Inc. Grounded in a degree in computer programming and studies in Computer Science at New York City College of Technology, Menard leverages his technical and business expertise to drive innovation and impact. Passionate about giving back, he actively shares his knowledge to empower and improve the lives of others.
Jerry Geffrard is a dedicated finance and business administration student at FAMU who currently serves as the Treasurer of Glow Foundation Alliance, Inc. In this role, he applies his growing expertise in financial management and strategic planning to ensure the organization’s resources are used effectively and transparently. Jerry is passionate about empowering communities through sustainable initiatives and is committed to supporting the foundation’s mission by maintaining strong fiscal responsibility. His combination of academic knowledge and hands-on leadership experience positions him as a vital contributor to the success and growth of the nonprofit.

Glow Foundation Alliance Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for families in low income and underserved communities, with an emphasis on women and youth, affected by chronic skin diseases, autoimmune conditions, and related mental health challenges. We bring awareness, provide education, and promote holistic wellness through community engagement, empowerment programs, and access to vital resources that support both physical and emotional well-being. - Women’s Health Clinic: Offers comprehensive health services, including family planning, prenatal care, gynecological exams, and menopause management while dealing with autoimmune.

- Community Outreach: Conducts workshops and events on topics such skin care, autoimmune issues, stress management, and disease prevention etc

Driven by her personal experience and a deep desire to make a difference, Salome founded Glow. She envisioned an organization that would provide access to quality healthcare, educational resources, and a supportive community for women and youth. Glow was born out of the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their health challenges.
